People

Excellence cannot be invented; it must be acquired. And because our know-how is sustained and perpetuated through the expertise of the women and men who work alongside us every day, Edilians Group is committed to offering attractive and fulfilling career paths and to helping each employee achieve a high level of competency.

Developing skills and knowledge

Edilians Group offers inclusion and upskilling courses to suit every employee.

All new hires complete an onboarding programme comprising theoretical and practical training in our tools and products (six months for managers, one to three months for non-managers).

In addition, regular training and refresher courses are laid on to help employees acquire the skills they need to do their job. In 2021, Edilians Group rolled out an e-learning training platform developed in-house and offering 72 modules covering business, product and management topics.

Promoting mobility within the company

As an essential factor in enhancing personal fulfilment, commitment and attractiveness, Edilians Group seeks to identify promotion potential within the company. Accordingly, by implementing succession plans and annual performance reviews on all our sites and in all sales regions, Edilians Group strives to promote upskilling and the transmission of key knowledge.

Growing the talents of tomorrow

By promoting work experience and internships in the company, we focus on developing skills and cultivating the employability of our young talents through rewarding projects that help them learn to handle responsibility.

To this end, Edilians Group forges partnerships with schools in order to offer targeted technical training at regional level. Every year, some 60 work-study students join the Group, a number that is constantly rising.

“We want to be at the forefront of students’ minds when they start looking for internships and work placements. For Edilians Group, work placements are a major commitment. They help make young people aware of our professions and expertise, while offering us an excellent opportunity to boost our employer brand.”
