Driven by the conviction that working conditions and quality of life at work are key to the company’s integrity and responsibility, Edilians Group has made employee well-being a priority.
Through a structured programme of training and continuous improvement initiatives, the Group ensures that best practices are disseminated in order to guarantee everyone a fulfilling, healthy and serene working environment.
Ensuring proper working conditions and employee well-being
In 2021, Edilians Group introduced a special health and well-being training programme tailored to each job type and addressing several themes: work posture, organisation and efficiency, nutrition, sleep and work patterns, and physical exercise.
Furthermore, at the end of 2022, with the support of a specialist consultancy, Edilians Group carried out an initial survey on quality of life and working conditions among all our French employees. With a participation rate of 72%, this survey enabled us to draw up the priorities of a national and local action plan, which has been implemented since 2023 in France via a dedicated QLWC (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) steering committee per site.
”“Because we care about our employees’ well-being, we are working on the areas for improvement identified in the survey, in particular in terms of work environment and stress. On this last point, we are currently rolling out a national campaign across all our entities. With regard to working conditions, we are working on local action plans to meet the specific needs of each site.”
