Pascal Casanova joined Edilians Group in March 2020 after more than 25 years in the construction industry, from site management and R&D to general management in France and abroad.
Pascal Casanova is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

With an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, Maxime Coutouly benefits from solid industrial experience, first in the automotive sector, then within Edilians Group, which he joined in 2006. In charge of Industrial Management for plants based in France, he also oversaw the integration of Iberian acquisitions La Escandella and Tejas Borja in Spain and Umbelino Monteiro in Portugal. Maxime has also launched a massive plan to decarbonize production sites. In his mission, he is supported by a French Management Committee.
Alexis Langlois has over 30 years' experience in the international building materials industry and is a graduate of HEC Paris. He joined Edilians Group in 2023 to support its digital transformation and manage its external growth project. Accompanied by the Iberian management committee, he oversees the operations of La Escandella and Tejas Borja in Spain and Umbelino Monteiro in Portugal.
Ghislain Derville holds a Master's degree in Finance from EDHEC Lille and an Executive Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from Science Po Paris. He has over 20 years' experience in internal audit, corporate finance and management control within industrial groups.
He has overseen Edilians Group's finance, legal and governance departments since 2024. On a daily basis, he ensures the smooth running of the Group's financial affairs while supporting its strategic development, with the utmost respect for rules of governance, ethics and compliance.

Sébastien Blanchon is a graduate of IAE in Metz and has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, which he acquired in a wide range of industrial sectors (automotive, food processing, heating systems). He has been head of the Group’s Human Resources Department since 2022.
